Precautions When Using The Bundle Type Tension Clamp

The high pressure bundle type tension clamp is used together with the high pressure rod suspension type bundle type tension clamp. The main purpose is to protect the high pressure bundle type tension clamp surface from being burnt. Compared with the iron galvanizing pressure ring used in the past, The bundle type tension clamp has the advantages of light weight, good pressure equalization effect, strong rust resistance, and convenient installation and use.

1. The high pressure bundle type tension clamp is approximately the same as the outer diameter of the iron galvanized equalizing ring, and the direction of the ring body is the same when installed.

2. The high voltage bundle type tension clamp of 66kV and below does not need to be equipped with a pressure equalizing ring.

3. The high voltage bundle type tension clamp of 110kV voltage level can be equipped without a pressure equalizing ring. It can also be installed with a voltage equalizing ring at its high voltage end according to the user's requirements.

4. A high voltage bundle type tension clamp of 220kV voltage level is equipped with a pressure equalizing ring at its high pressure end, or a pressure equalizing ring is provided on both upper and lower ends according to the requirements of the user.
