HA series heavy duty connector is for 10Amp with 3pin/4pin/10pin/16pin/32pin. In environments with vibrations, risk of dust, temperature challenges and mechanical impact, our HDC connectors provide a reliable solution with rock fall safe aluminum enclosures with protection degree IP65. Heavy Duty Connectors (HDC) are rectangular industrial connectors designed to transmit power, data and signal in the toughest of conditions. Approved according to EN/IEC 61984 standard, our HDC connectors ranges are available with up to 216 contacts. The parts of the HA series heavy duty connector includes male inserts, female inserts, hoods, housing and copper pins.Male insert:Male insert with screw terminal, crimp terminal ( order contacts separately ) or spring terminal.Female insert: Female insert with screw terminal, crimp terminal ( order contacts separately ) or spring terminal. Hoods:Hoods with low or high construction, side or top cable entry, 2 or 4 bolts, 1 or 2 locking levers. Housings: Bulkhead mounting housing with or without protection cover, 1 or 2 locking levers. Surface mounting housings with low or high construction with or without protection cover, 2 or 4 bolts, 1 or 2 locking levers, 1 or 2 cable entries. There are other parts for cable entry protection: Cable glands with normal or multiple sealing; Metal or plastic cable glands; The contact pin is made of copper alloy, surface with gold plated or silver plated. The wire gauge range is 0.14-2.5mm²(26-14AWG). The housing and hood are made of aluminium die-cast, the flammability acc.UL94:V0,Degree of protection acc.to EN 60529 for coupled connector is IP65. The lever is the metal elastic pressing, made of stainless steel, and now we developed the plastic one which is much more cheaper than metal one; Special cable entry protection or extensive range of accessories. The material of the housing and hoods of HA series HDC is polycarbonate.
